this is the design for a second story addition to an existing one story, spanish style home. the existing home is about 1500 square feet and the second story addition is about 1000 square feet for a total home size of about 2500 square feet. we designed a master suite with luxurious master closet and master bathroom and a guest bedroom with its own private bathroom on the second floor.
