this is a small condo remodel in the pacific palisades area of los angeles, california. we created a loft like feel by exposing and polishing the concrete floors as well as opening up the kitchen to the living area. we installed white ikea cabinetry, and used a combination of caeserstone and stainless steel countertops to create a truly modernized space.
